Original remote model BN59-01391a just up and died after less than two years of light use. Fairly disappointed that TV remotes don't even last two years now... TV (QN43LS03BAFXZA) does have a decorative frame around it. This remote would not pair until I removed the frame (which was blocking the TV's IR sensor). Then, it paired immediately and is now using Bluetooth. So, it APPEARS that it needs IR to pair and is then a Bluetooth remote. Very happy so far. Extremely responsive, no delay. Happy to have AAA batteries instead of solar. Only a tiny bit thicker than the original remote, now on its way to a landfill.

Works great. Replacement for the original. It's looks and operates like OEM.

Does everything I need to do with my Samsung 85" QN85Q60 QLED 4K Smart TV. Works for on/off, volume control/mute, source selection (cable, satellite, tv box), maybe more that I never use.This remote replaced the joke of a remote that came with the tv - a small thing that muted all the time when I tried to change volume and required many clicks to make a source selection because the stupid "smart remote" doesn't have enough buttons.

This remote came not only obviously used but it doesn’t work for my TV. I’ve bought this remote once before with no issues, but this second time around I’m dissatisfied.
