Q: Is it oil resistant and water resistant?

It’s water resistant, but not sure about oil resistant. I imagine if it’s not saturated in oil, it should do fine.

Q: Will this stick to neoprene?

Dear customer, Thanks for your asking, our permanent adhesive vinyl can be used on most smooth surfaces including Indoor and Outdoor projects, such as cups, glass. windows... Q: Are there any other Silhouette Cameo 4 cut settings? The one posted does not work.

Usually if my blade isn't brand new it works well for me if I put blase on 3 forces 10 speed 4 and 1 pass
