YRYM HT Transfer Tape for Vinyl, 12" x 50 FT, Medium Tack, Red

This is the best clear vinyl transfer tape I’ve found so far. I always run my work through a cold laminator after applying the transfer tape just to give it a little extra, even pressure. It’s a habit I’ve used for years with both transfer tape and heat transfers, and this tape performs perfectly with my process. It picks up the vinyl cleanly, holds it securely, and releases it smoothly when transferring. Very impressed with the quality, especially for the price.

I have tried a lot of transfer tapes over the years, and this clear vinyl transfer tape is hands down my favorite. I use it for all of my projects and it never lets me down! I was really impressed with this transfer tape! It has a strong adhesive without being difficult to work with, and it was easy to cut to the exact size I needed. I used it to transfer permanent vinyl onto a candle, and it provided excellent adhesion throughout the process. I usually struggle with transferring small, intricate vinyl designs, but this tape picked up and released even the fine details with ease. Good quality transfer tape that works really well! It’s easy to use, has a good grip, and makes transferring vinyl designs simple and smooth. I’m very happy with it and would definitely buy it again.

UPDATE: 2025 The transfer tape is still good mostly, just the thin backing they switched to makes it difficult to peel to use. The older thick backing paper was much better. 5* to 4* So far so good. Last for quite a while if you want it to. Just finished a small batch of vinyl on vinyl stickers. At first the adhesive is a bit tacky, but after a few transfers it releases the vinyl with minimal effort. Sometimes it lifts the bottom layer of vinyl off the carrier sheet but nothing anyone cant handle when layering. At a quick glance through the Q&A and some reviews ive seen people use it 3-4 times and one i think i saw use it 20 times max......Well i'm already on my 50th transfer with the same peice of tape!!!!! Keep in mind I did say it will last if you want it to. Around 30ish is lost some tack, at about 40 its tack was almost gone so I had to burnish it on the vinyl a little more than usual. At 50 it still has some life left but i think this may be the limit but who knows. Also might of lost some tackieness from the my fingers constantly touching the adhesive when positioning the design. Overall great transfer tape. Depending on how much you squeegee over it the lines start to rub off but nothing serious. It lays flat once its off the backing but the backing tends to curl back up as if its still on the roll so saving the tape isnt all too hard. I am using Oracal 651 and a house brand vinyl from my local print supply shop.

This transfer tape is the perfect middle ground, not too sticky, not too weak. It easily picks up even the most intricate, fine-lettered designs without tearing the backing paper. The red alignment grid makes measuring and straight placement super easy, and it leaves zero sticky residue behind. With 170 feet, this roll lasts forever. Highly recommend for any crafting project!

It’s is ok but not the best for gripping your vinyl I don’t know maybe it’s me, but I can’t seem to find a good transfer tape either They don’t pick up right or there are too strong and won’t come off to transfer. What am I doing wrong?😩😩 also you do get a lot for the price it’s good I just wish it would pick up for me but maybe I’m doing something wrong 😩

I really like this transfer tape. It is the perfect amount of stickiness. The grid makes it easy to cut to size and eliminates unnecessary waste. Good quality and value

Works well on everything I have used it for. I did find that there is a slight issue with transferring the vinyl to some cardstock but if you are careful, you can work around that. Also found that I could used the same piece more than one time. Of course with each use, there is less stickiness to pick up the vinyl. The only issue that i have is that sometimes when layering my vinyl, the curl (from the roll) makes it a bit hard to work with.

This seller and this product is fake. It ruined my project. It is trash.
