I have a health issue that resulted in constantly irritated and painful perineal tissues. It made going to the bathroom hurt and it was a negative feedback cycle of pain and discomfort.I bit the bullet and threw even more money at the problem and haven't spent a dime on the other products since I bought this.I didn't want to even touch anything in this area because it was so sore so I got the one with the dryer. Since switching to a bidet everything healed and I literally have no more pain. The health problem persists, but this more gentle and thorough cleaning prevents irritation.No more sitz baths or creams!I don't think you need this specific product to find that relief, but this has been a great product.Easy to modify settings each use so I don't see any need for one that saves settings. I would hate having to keep track of a remote and these buttons are easy to find and I don't have to look to know which is which anymore.

Works great! Heated seat is nice, no cold shock in the middle of the night. Water tank is bit small, the heated water will run out, but the transition to cold water is not shocking, so not a real negative for me. No leaking, but sometimes you can hear the self cleaning at random times. This thing is very sturdy. Controls are easy to figure out with tactical deal on the important buttons that act as a guide for where the other buttons are located. You don't need to see the buttons. Was easy to install. You can easily pop the seat on and off the mount and make adjustments. The easy removal can help with cleaning as well. One complaint is the lip on the seat cover doesn't let you lean back as far, but you get use to that. The seat also has a thicker and rounded profile that makes extended sitting uncomfortable, so you get use to doing your business and getting out of there. Highly recommend you consider the Toto.

Say goodbye to your old life with this toilet seat. I've never had a more luxurious experience using the bathroom before. My husband and I went to Japan recently and these were the standard, and coming back to US toilets was extremely depressing. How can you go back after having heated seats, warm water, a warm dryer, and automatic deodorizer? We had to get one for home, and this one did not disappoint. It's super comfortable to sit on and was very easy and quick to install. The only problem with it is when I go anywhere else now, I'm appalled at how cold the toilet seats are.

My wife and I spent two weeks hiking in Japan and were astonished by the toilets. I bought this for Mother's Day for my wife. She is very happy. It is easy to install and works beautifully. Do yourself a favor and splurge. You never knew you needed this until you got it. Highly recommended.

Have been loving the bidet very easy to install and fits great. Works exactly like you'd think with no leaks only problem is while it does heat the water that shoots it only shoots hot water for like 5-10 seconds then seems to run out and sprays cold after. but besides that Ive had no complaints and would def recommend to others

I have 3 other Bidet toilet's. 2 are over $3,000 each and 1 other electric bidet toilet seat. This Toto seems like the “best” of all the bidet toilet’s I have.The oscillating cleaning and the dryer are very good.
