Some people chew gum. I will eat a flavorful olive and suck on the pit.These are so savory and rich that when I open them, my dog comes running for his taste.Great with pita and hummus. If you have the patience to pit them, great in salads and spreads (they make a wicked good black olives hummus, especially with a few pinenuts!).

I have had a variety of dried olives before with mixed results. I find these to be the most pleasant ones I’ve eaten. As to be expected with dried olives they are intensely flavored but certainly mild enough that I can eat them from the container.

This review follows four orders of this product spanning the last 10 months. Quality and freshness have been consistent. Will continue to order more of these. reasonably priced and quite good and always have found them to be fresh. The only slightly negative comment refers to the oil in which they are packed, which is corn oil, not olive oil. Despite this, the quality flavor texture seems to be fine. Recommend these.

If you like dried black olives this is the one to get. These large olives are perfect accompaniment for cocktails. Not cheap but excellent quality.
