Hard to find at supermarkets
Some recipes just call for oil cured. Not for snacking, but the taste in a chicken stew is wonderful. Packaging could be better, the plastic cover fell apart.

Cured in CORN OIL
These looked like a great deal on dry cured olives...guess I should have paid closer attention to the photograph of the package. The description did not indicate that these olives were cured in an unhealthy seed oil...but if you zoom into the photo of the back of the packaging, it is in the ingredient list. Dry cured olives should be cured using salt and OLIVE OIL, not cheap and unhealthy CORN OIL...health-conscious buyer beware! These olives are non-returnable, so they will be going straight in the trash. Mina brand dry cured olives are the real deal!
