Unipack Adjustable Dumbbell Set, Black-Painted, 200-Lbs

This item was delivered in three packages (I ordered the 200lb set). I have had zero issues with this and have been using it for about 2 months now. All of the weights fit well onto the bars provided. Because the set is adjustable, I can use it for almost any routine. I like this set so much that I recommend it to anyone I know who is looking for free weights. The price is great, and I have had absolutely no issues. If you're looking for pretty weights this probably isn't for you. There is some very minor paint flaking initially, but I didn't order these weights for them to look nice collecting dust in the corner. They are meant for helping to get me into better shape, if you want to do that on a budget then this is the set for you.I further recommend using dumbbells rather than barbells for bench pressing alone because if you attempt a weight that is too great you won't drop the bar on your neck, they will simply fall to the ground which may hurt the floor, but you won't be hospitalized or worse.

These are great! I have been using them for a while now and have not had the problem of them loosing up at all. I usually change the weight every set which may be why. The only down side to them is how long the bar sticks out when if you are using light weights but it has to be that long if you want to go to the max weight. If you will only use them for the lower end then consider getting the smaller ones so the bar isn't clanking together or hit you. For the money you can not beat these! An entire dumbell rack at a ridiculous price! Also I never drop them but I would advise people not to drop them cuz they could bend the bar, I have seen even expensive sets get bent from dropping.

Great set of weights, phenomenal price. Changing weights is simple and the Dumbbells feel very solid throughout the lift. The only cons are that the barbell ends sticks out past the weights so the ends aren't flush. It's a slight nuisance not to be able to rest them flat on your knee but it's still doable if you need some leverage for heavier weights. The only other downside is that the center hole of the weights is small so you won't be able to use the extra weights with other equipment that's sized for Olympic bars. All things considered, it's an excellent option if you want to have both a significant amount of weight without shelling out $600. I would definitely recommend these for anyone who loves the flexibility of adjustable weight but is on a budget.

The weights look like they will function well and they look fairly sturdy. The plates look roughly machined and are slightly different in size. The chrome on the handles looks really cheap. There are two rubber gaskets on the insides of the handles that look like they will get chewed up or lost. But for $195 this was about what I expected. I will probably replace the rubber gaskets with o-rings that fit tight on the bar so they don't fall off.They get shipped by US mail which meant I had to drive to the post office. Two of the three boxes arived one day and the third the next. That meant I had to make two trips. It's a half hour round trip. So if you live far from your post office keep that in mind.The weights do look like they will function well and should last. Just don't expect them to look pretty or for all of the plates to be exactly the same.

First I want to say that the speed these things shipped i amazing . I received in 2-days within ordering. i didnt expect them for a week or 2.Pros- Weights are sturdypros- clips are strong with a rubber packingpros- weight is exactly s advertisedcons- only con , and I say only is that I requested black paint because it was cheaper , but when I opened the box I could clearly see it was just spray paint that started chipping and i continuing to chip throughout use. It doesn't effect the weight itself but its a hassle to clean up every time.I would suggest they give the option of no paint at all. I'd rather there be no paint but other than that. PERFECT!

This product was not delivered and they weren't at all helpful. It was shipped through USPS instead of Amazon so I had to pick them up at a post office which isn't easy because they weigh 200 pounds. They are great dumbbells real nice and old school but seriously buy them from a more competent and trustworthy source
