I ordered this adjustable workout bench based on the good reviews. The bench is sturdy, well built, lite and enjoyed my first workout in my living room. Best of all, I was able to fold and store under my bed. It measures about eight inches thick folded. Very portable. One item to keep in mind, the back board(the part that tilts up) measures at 28 inches and my torso including my head is about 31 inches. So my head is a couple of inches over the back board, I still have support. If this isn’t an issue during your workout, then any height over 5’5”will work. Comes in the box fully assembled and all is needed is two pins to secure in place. This work out bench is perfect for me.

Very well built and easy to set-up/break down. Padding is more than adequate. The bench is quite stable too. Feels safe and comfortable in a variety of positions. Only reason I did not give this a 5 star rating is I want people to believe in the review (I am always a bit suspicious of 5 star ratings). Great for anyone looking for a home gym that can easily be stored out of site.

I was managing my expectations of this bench because of the price. I couldn't be happier with it! Folds super small, portable (even has a carry handle!), easy to adjust, and sturdy. I weigh about 235 lbs, and I felt rock steady going through a bunch of movements with 55 lbs dumbbells in each hand, as well as isometric exercises. Bench sections are very well-padded. The only critique I have is that there isn't a bag for the entire bench, leg lock, and 2 pins. That would make this thing next-level even if it raised the price point slightly.

It feels sturdy during workouts, supports body weight well, and the matte black finish fits perfectly with the aesthetic of my workout room. I also love that it folds easily and tucks away into tight spaces; big plus for small home gyms.A couple of minor drawbacks: it’s slightly rocky if you’re standing on it (like for step-ups), and adjusting the incline/decline takes a bit of practice. But once you get the hang of it, it works smoothly.Overall, this bench offers great value for strength training at home. Highly recommend for anyone looking to save space without compromising functionality.

Works great with Tonal gym. I replaced the Tonal bench with this one to do incline press and it worked perfectly. Light weight and easy to use. It’s about 1” higher than the Tonal bench but it still works great. Just about the same footprint and very stable.

After several months of going to a gym to lift, I decided to build up my home gym to do my workouts primarily at home. After much research I decided to order this bench, and I am not disappointed in my purchase. It comes ready to use right out of the box and it’s very sturdy and comfortable. It’s also easy to adjust if you want to raise the back or seat. The fabric on the bench is well made and I think it would take a lot to damage it. I’m very happy with this bench and I’d recommend it to anyone who is looking for an affordable, at home gym bench option.
