I have the original Affine Amelie Space Saving Toilet & Soft Close Seat and used this seat to replace that one - if you google the 'Affine Amelie Space Saving Toilet & Soft Close Seat' and go to Plumbworld it has a diagram with measurements of the original toilet - if I'm correct the diagram says 16cm but you should check to make sure
