What restriction clips will work with these? I need some doors to open to about 90 degrees.

Decobasics makes and sells 86º restriction clips specifically for their hinges. I found them on the upper portion of the Decobasics page in the same area as where the quantity of hinges is selected. $6.99 for 10 clips. A bit tricky to install, but they work great.

What is the screw hole distance? 42mm or 45mm?

45mm. That was my issue. I could not find any that were 42 like my original hinges.
