Bought as a present, v well received. Excellent product overall arrived safe and v quickly, well presented in nice box. One little niggle, would be useful to have a little niche cut out in lid to accommodate a spoon - hence only 4 stars

Nice set. I bought for daily use and am very happy with them. Look good, jug pours well, and they are both easy to handle. Function, beauty and fine bone China for a great price.

Not too delicate, no worries about using

I'm surprised this arrive intact as I could hear it clinking inside the box.Amazon packaging was great (too much as usual), however, the items were loosely packed in it's own packaging, just 1 piece of cardboard folded in half to create a barrier between the sugar bowl and creamer and then the other half separating the sugar bowl and the sugar lid. I suppose if it made it through transportation then it should hopefully make it through occasional use.The quality is good but not excellent. The porcelain is fine, nice and thin so you can hear a ringing round when tapped. The colour is lovely nice and natural.The sugar bowl is lovely and round with an easy to remove lid, note the inside of the lid is not completely round, think this is to stop it accidentally falling off, the handle on the lid is easy to grasp and is a decent size and shape, good size opening on the top for easy access to both granulated or cubed sugar.The creamer similarly is great too, it has a wide spout for easy poring (would have preferred a slimmer design), the opening on the top is also wide meaning you can easily pour the liquid into the creamer.From far they look good, however, if I look closely I can see a few indentations in the creamer and the sugar bowl has a patch on the bottom where it has not been glazed (not the bit it stands on but near the curved section).As with purchasing crockery online its hit and miss as you all crockery will have some slight imperfections. If you are a perfectionist then buy in person.
