I love this tea. It smells and taste wonderful. But after drinking it 2 or 3 afternoons in a row, I became seriously incapacitated. I was up all night with stomach cramps and peeing every hour (I don’t usually wake up in the night to pee). I was miserable and bloated and when the cramps finally stopped, it left my abdomen very sore. I suppose it might have been doing it’s job, but I am afraid to drink it any more. Maybe once a month?? Would love to know if this happened to anyone else. Should come with a warning.

Excellent tea

I don’t usually like tea but this has a very gentle calming flavor and relaxes me.

I had been buying this brand of tea for years because it was such a great product, but, since the pandemic it has gotten a case of "shrink-flation". The bags are only 1/2 filled compared to what they used to hold, and there is absolutely no flavor in any of the teas. I have quit purchasing this brand. It's more about money than having a quality product.
