Trim
This stuff works great for my application! Thanks! It seems very durable and has legit double sided tape that sticks good and keeps the trim on! Very easy to install and protects all the body work that took me a lot of man hours to do. Was also priced well.

Excellent molding product.
I had none of the problems listed in other reviews for this product. The 3M tape adheres very well- such that you need to follow the directions carefully and not press it firmly in place before you are satisfied with the position. A tape line or other markers are strongly recommended. Be sure not to touch the sticky surface or the adhesion of the area touched will be diminished. The length advertised (12') was exceeded by the product received. It was actually 12' 9" in length. The product is nicely contoured to prevent side damage as when in a parking lot. It has a strong scratch resistant surface with a nice gloss that matches the cars paint (black) very well. The surface was blemish free in both rolls. A good sharp cutter is needed to cut the sections to proper size as the product has a firm density and is much thicker than the import brands.

Alternate use - window muntins
Our front door is painted black but has white muntins, and they are the kind that are inside, between the glass, so they can’t be painted. I used this auto molding on the glass to create black muntins that cover the white and match the door. The trim itself is nice and made the door look SO much better, but the adhesive did not stick well - the pieces all started falling off after a few days (this door is on a covered porch, not in direct sun, and I did clean the glass before applying). So I scraped the original adhesive off the trim pieces and reapplied them using Gorilla Heavy Duty Mounting Tape (double sided 1” black tape), and all of the trim seems to be firmly staying in place now. A lot of extra work to remove and replace the poor adhesive, but in the end the trim itself was a great solution for my door.

Wow, a big money saver and EASY!
Great product. When I pulled my fender off of my 2016 Indian Chief Darkhorse motorcycle to do a brake job, I bunged up the original chrome strip badly because I was not paying attention. Looked real bad.I looked at dealer prices for replacement and ... No way. I would go without and just keep my embarrassing dumb*** mistake exposed at that price.BUT THEN, I found this 3/4 inch chrome strip here on Amazon so, I gave it a shot.I pulled off the damaged strip, rolled the remaining adhesive off pushing with my thumb, cleaned with 91% isopropyl and proceeded to stick this stuff on.I started at front, removing back of tape as I proceeded. It did not wrinkle around curves. The 3M adhesive stuck instantly like well, glue!I cut the ends off with a sharp knife using edge of fender as a guide.I did not even remove fender. Whole job less than 15 minutes! DONE.I am very happy and I have enough left to probably do other side and rear too! Looks exactly like the OEM strip!I'll update with longevity after another 30,000 miles or a year, whichever comes first!Happy and going for a ride!

So far so good.
Make sure your car is nice and clean.Unroll it and let it sit in the sun, or put weights on the ends over night to get it nice and flat.I wiped down the car with isopropyl alcohol where the trim would be then used window cleaner to give it the best chance to adhere to the paint. I also bought a small roll of 3m trim tape for the ends of the trim since the factory strips are only on the top and bottom.I used magnets (pictured) to help line up the trim on the car so it came out as straight as possible then peeled back the adhesive covers as I went instead of taking all of it off and fighting it.It's been on the car for a week so far and no issues.I used a white paint pen to transfer the factory shape to the new trim, then cut it out with utility scissors, a Dremel tool, and a hobby knife set to carefully get the final shape.I then used the isopropyl alcohol to clean off the white paint pen marks before putting it on the car.

Great looking chrome! Not so great adhesive…
The media could not be loaded. The chrome itself looks really good. It looks like a factory style chrome that the vehicle would’ve come with. My only complaint is that the adhesive itself can’t withstand temperatures here in South Texas apparently. Even after prepping the surface correctly, make sure everything was clean. Make sure it’s taped down since it was curved towards the end of the chrome run, It only held up on that curve for about a week and a half then again this is Texas it gets over 100° so maybe the temperature is a factor but now I have to figure out how I’m gonna re-tack those corners down the actual straight run is fine. Makes me wonder what the difference between this and the ones from Temu or AliExpress are, I went with this, since it was namebrand.
