It’s six pills… it’s a good product and it is what it says it is, just not for me. That said, I will just take the time and use my shaker and just shake some powder. I did find these rather handy being out of town and without my shaker. Just swallow six pills and you’re done

I started the creative a couple of months ago. I didn’t see real Change until like 2 weeks in and now there’s been a major change. I was 140 pounds and have gained 10 pounds in like a month and a half. It does boost overall ability during my work out. I haven’t increased my weight a ton but my duration has increased a lot. It also has no taste therefore it can go in my water or protein drink. Great product and probs will continue to buy for years to come.
