Bye-bye training wheels
After several attempts to get my kid to ride the bicycle without training wheels I start shopping for a new bicycle that would be easy to stay balanced and found this model. On the second attempt my kid was ridding it without training wheels! Both bikes are the same size, but this model is definitely easier to stay balanced.

Very pleased with purchase
Things to know:Tires were not inflated - no big deal.Allen wrench required to tighten hand brake to handle bars.Be sure to note LEFT and RIGHT pedals - they are threaded differently.Hand brake cable requires adjustment.As indicated in the listing, this model (16" wheels) was the right size for my 41" tall, 4 year old grandson. Possibly because the seat can be lowered a good deal. Had I gone with sizing provided in generic charts I would have gone with a 14", which would have been smaller than desired.Overall, no big deal to assemble and I was impressed with overall quality of the bike.

Decent bike, but really heavy.
Everything was okay with this bike and a decent product for the price, but the frame is really heavy compared with similar bike. I guess it's "sturdy". Also had delivery issues but that might have been a random event.

These bikes are a great value
We bought a pair of these for our grandsons' 4th birthdays. One in red and one in blue. We had them professionally assembled at a local bike shop as we live out of state. They are FANTASTIC! Very sturdy and much better quality than the Schwinn bikes sold at regular retailers (Sporting goods stores, walmart, etc) They are easily adjustable with quick release seats and the training wheels are perfect. We are a family of cyclists and are as happy with these as our high end bikes, so much so that we purchased a smaller size for their little brother! Their parents assembled it in a few minutes.

Sweet bike!
Cannot wait to give this bike to my nephew for his birthday! It was so easy to put together. The tires come with no air in them so you will have to do that.
