Received this product in working condition. Installed simply and easily into my DELL 660. Within 4 weeks this Power Supply started emitting a burning smell...after a power down and complete check, turned the unit back on without any more burning smell. A few days later the Power Supply burned out and simply went DEAD.I immediately contacted Amazon Customer Support to get my 90-Day Guaranteed Replacement. The agent clearly told me that I would receive my replacement within a two-week window, and that I was not required to send back the burned out unit. He said although "LP AQ Trading" was the third-party seller, the item was "Fulfilled by Amazon" so Amazon would take care of everything regarding this replacement.Now for the PROBLEM! Next day I received an email from LP AQ Trading saying that they had No Responsibility for making a replacement, the matter was between me and Amazon. Thus, I contacted Amazon Customer Support with the email and message from LP AQ Trading. Amazon - ever helpful - declared that the matter was between me and LP AQ Trading.Now that the "Pointing Fingers" is all done with, and both responsible parties have "washed their hands of the problem," I am left without a replacement, even though IT WAS GUARANTEED!I have been an Amazon Prime member for 12 years, and have been increasingly alarmed by the lack of value for the high-cost of membership.In light of this latest screwing - there have been WAY too many - I will be ceasing my payments for Amazon Prime, and my shopping at Amazon.Hey Amazon! The space rockets are great...but here on earth we are getting screwed by your company...maybe put some of those "missile-envy dollars to use to restore truth in service and actual 2-Day Shipping!
