Hi!! No, it doesnt, but it comes with trays, some of the versions of 48 or 24 markers are the ones that come with the carrying bags :)

Actually this does not have specific skin tones. You do have a few bases you can work off of like deco peach, or deco pink. But there really is no skin tones in this set.
