Easily and by far the best makeup mirror - seen by my wife and I in a hotel and now installed at home. One very happy lady.Cannot recommend highly enough - a well designed and made product.

Make sure you decide on and select between battery or wired-in. Very solid design and quite big (mine is a wired-in in a bathroom). Auto light-up works well, but there is a small switch if you don't want illumination when you are doing your teeth! Quite costly - but chrome looks and feels very solid & I expect no decay of surface. Installation (I did DIY) was pretty straightforward but it needs some planning & preparation - plenty of opportunity to damage or make unsafe if done carelessly.

Fantastic mirror, excellent magnification and very clear. Looks very slick in my new bathroom and love the sensor light function that comes on when you get close - great design.

Great mirror, but stopped charging after only 5 months. Now the light doesn't work at all, and the mirror doesn't charge or turn on. Considering this cost £150 that's terrible. Avoid

What a really nice piece of kit. Good size, well mounted and adjustable. The lighting is excellent and we’ve had this for about a year and it’s only needed charge 3 or 4 times.

Very good magnification and a great idea that it’s battery operated but rechargeable with a cable connected to my USB socket. The cable can be tucked away in a drawer when not in use which keeps the dressing table tidy. The mirror pushes back flat against the wall when not in use. It automatically lights up and switches off when you approach/move away from the mirror. The only bad bit of design is that the charger is fiddly to get into the mirror’s charger socket - it’s very small and not visible once the mirror is wall mounted. Quite expensive but, for me, well worth the money.

I love these mirror, its like a completely different world then you are looking in the mirror. Amazing for makeup, eyebrows and close up.

Looks great, works well. Has been known to turn itself on in a steamy atmosphere with no face nearby, but that's not really a problem.Update: after five years, and out of warranty, it stopped working. Instead of lighting up when it detects a face, it just flashes briefly and doesn't stay illuminated. Weirdly, it does still work but only so long as the battery charger is connected. Sadly, SimpleHuman don't offer a repair service and will not supply spare parts. I managed to source a replacement battery, no thanks to SimpleHuman, but the problem persists, so not a faulty battery. Something wrong in the circuitry, probably a cheap capacitor failed and tragically turned this expensive mirror into landfill.
