These fiber pills are a normal size capsule with no unpleasant smell or taste. They are easy enough to swallow (don't get stuck in our throats) and my husband says they have improved his regularity. You have to take so many of them! I think it be better if you could just stir it into some water like they have the liquid. You got this for my mom and she got tired of taking so many tablets and she started throwing them in the toilet.
