If you have the 04868 popper, wash the cover/serving bowl and lid in warm, sudsy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly. Do not wash in a dishwasher or scour surfaces with steel wool or abrasive cleaners. If you have a 04868 popper, oil cannot be used. This pops the corn with hot air. Pouring oil or adding butter or shortening to the popping chamber will destroy the motor.
