So many gluten free quinoa recipes!
The sections in this book include: breakfasts [50], appetizers and snacks [55], soups, stews and chillis [66], salads and sides [66], vegetarian main dishes [68], seafood, poultry and lean meat main dishes [31], breads [63], desserts [75]. ALL ARE GLUTEN FREE and the ones I have cooked so far have been delicious. It is an American publication so ingredients are given in cup sizes, with a conversion to mls. I have a set of American measuring cups but it is easy to find weight conversion tables looking on line. There is an interesting section all about quinoa which helpfully includes several easy ways of cooking it. Many of the recipes have storage and freezing information and suggestions for alternative ingredients. There are a couple of sections of appetising colour photographs. Some recipes call for quinoa flour and/or flaked quinoa which my local supermarkets and health food stores don't stock but which are easy to buy on line. Since getting this book I'm also using coconut oil for the first time for some of the recipes [and adapting my own recipes to include it]. It has more of a light waxy texture than oily, and has a light coconutty flavour which is just lovely. Again easy to buy on-line.A great book which I very nearly didn't buy as there was no facility to 'look inside'.

One of my favourite GF book
I use this cookbook very a lot of and tried several recipes. They work well only the bread recipes not. I needed to overwrite nearly all bread recipes because the ratio of the ingredients have mistakes. But after it I have my best bread recipe from this book.
