The product quality meets more than expected the design and carvings are great sturdy product and the height of the product is quite impressive for the arm placement even during elbow pains it can be used as support and for posture pains relief really useful for pranayama as well, quality is worth the money paid

Awesome Yoga Danda
Awesome product....I have become enlightened just after a couple of uses. And since this is my final birth I have ordered a bunch of other stuff from Amazon just for the heck of it. My only complaint is that no Apsaras came to disturb my sadhana as promised by pauranic serials on tv. Was really looking forward to it. Deducting one star just for that.

If you practice Kriya pranayama methods. And for Japa Yoga
This is a nice yoga prop to have for opening the nasal passages for the purpose of nadi purification alternate nostril breathing. At first I didn't think it worked, but after using it a few times I must have gotten it positioned correctly and it opened up my constricted nasal passage within minutes! For any yogi's and yogini's who have a seated meditation practice, I recommend this prop. P.S. I was delighted with the quality of craftsmanship as well.It is also Very nice for mantra yoga (japa yoga).It is just the right for holding your arm up while sitting on the floor, very useful to prevent fatigue.This item actually looks nicer than what is shown in the photo.I hope this review you find Helpfull, if so Press yes down below the button, if not Press No

The wooden screw which fits into shoulder /elbow rest looks weak...with sudden fall may break(should have made strong.2nd it looks 30 to 40 % overpriced3rd design should be adjustable to the tune 5 to 6 inch for the use of a person of medium/large height
