this is as great as advertised. I really like the color, that black and blue mix is perfect for my hazel eyes.

Goes on smoothly on my not so young skin…and doesn’t seem to smudge or flake like some eyeliners I’ve tried.

Four stars for good ingredients and color, but I would rate it three stars for performance. It doesn't stay on, smudges too easily, the tip is too soft and keeps breaking, application is hard to get precise. Yes it glides on smooth to prevent pulling the skin but the smudger pulls too much.

I have tried many, many eyeliners and was excited to try this. I am 49 and I don't really have a problem with eyeliner transfer. However, this eyeliner doesn't stay on, it smudged within an hour. It's a pretty pricey eyeliner pencil as well, and so it's just not worth the money. I also wanted to return the product and they do no accept returns (totally my fault as I should have read first), just wanting to review so others don't buy and can't return

glides on ok usually good but sometimes can be patchy for some reason along waterline. hard to blend and smudge out as victoria beckham. but one of my favorite everyday liners in brown. biggest issue is durability of packaging. unfortunately the caps will fall off or break or the pencil will before you finish it. appreciate the blender though but its not super good quality so doesnt blend great.

Jillian Dempsey kohl eyeliner pencil is the best I've used--soft, yet has staying power. Even goes on well on both top and bottom waterlines. I will continue to buy! I wish there were more colors--gray, blue-gray, forest green. . .

I love Jill Dempsey’s eyeliners! They glide on beautifully and last all day. I highly recommend them.
