I bought this more as a joke during the current virus crisis, realizing that in fact, a filter could be put into the nose cone, to filter the air being inhaled. It can't be any worse than cloth masks which serve little function in keeping out small droplets. That aside, I had read a few bad reviews about cracked eyepieces and fit. Mine arrived fully intact, nice and clean, and looking great.I should mention that at 6'6", I have a larger head than average. I was worried about the fit. Yes, it could be a bit bigger to provide the perfect comfort for me, but as it stands, it works just fine. I just had to play around with the strap, and placement of the mask. Once set in place, it works well. Also, while it seemed like it wouldn't work that well, the eyehole placements are just right. If someone is expecting perfect vision, then they don't comprehend how masks work. LOL!! The way it is, I can see fine, better than expected, with no distortion.Going back to the complaints about cracked plastic eyepieces... if you have any ability in crafts and such, I would recommend removing the plastic circles, and replacing them with glass discs - making absolutely sure that you have them held tightly in place. I think that could provide better viewing as well. And another idea I had, but haven't tried yet, is to attach a small battery-powered LED light at the top of each eye-hole, taped on to keep out light bleed-in, to make the eyes "glow." There is quite a bit that can be done to upgrade this mask. But as it is, it fits great, looks really nice, and is a fun thing to wear to various events or "just because."

wow 11/10 i’m very satisfied with my purchase!! i wasn’t expecting it to be the quality that it is, which is good! it’s very comfortable and fits my face snuggly, pretty easy to breathe in and extremely easy to see out of; the eye parts just fog up a little bit, but that’s to be expected. the only thing i’d suggest to potential buyers, as a lot of other customers have recommended, is to add some sort of stuffing into the beak portion of it when it arrives to give it volume and just let it sit there for a bit and it’ll pop out and look great. kudos to whoever made these masks fr you did a wonderful job! overall, i’m very happy with it, go ahead and order it—it’s well worth the money. :)

So I previously went to the nearest Spirit Halloween to look for a plague doctor mask. All I could find were masks that did not feel good or didn’t cover the full face. So I decided to look on Amazon for a mask, and I found this mask.Comfort ability: FantasticI really love the material that this is made out of. The mask is made out of a leather like material, and is super nice to wear. I could wear this foreverWear ability: GreatThe mask is great. The strap for it is like a belt buckle which makes it perfect for adjusting to your head size. It’s also easy to take on and off as long as you're wearing something to cover your hair.Looks Good: AwesomeThe way the mask looks is awesome. The black on the mask is dark, it also has metal dots on it which makes it look way better. It has some breathing holes on the bottom, but it does not take the look away. The beak for the mask is not too long but long enough for it to look cool and not be in the way.See-ability: OKThe glass looks awesome, because you can not see into the mask but seeing out looks like looking out a window. It also covers up some of your peripheral vision which is annoying but still easy to look out of. There is also another problem and that's when walking around outside is that the glass gets foggy. I just fixed this problem with an anti-fog spray and it worked perfectly.Overall I love this product. It is very comfortable. Easy to put on and take off, and looks fantastic. This was a great buy especially for $20.

This mask is of better quality than I expected. It is not real leather, but it is excellent quality faux leather. Looks like it cost far more than $20. I have a small head and I have to adjust it to its smallest setting to fit, but once I do, it fits like it was made for me. Visibility out is excellent. Being able to breathe in it is not as great as I would like, but it is ok. If someone is claustrophobic at all, I don't think they would be able to tolerate this mask. It fits tight against the face, as it has to for the design. It goes above the eyebrows, down around the cheeks and under the jaw/chin. If you do a lot of talking, the eyes want to fog up on you a little, because it really does seal up tightly around your face. Air gets in and out through the grommet holes on the bottom. I did have to ball up a paper towel to get the beak portion to fill out and maintain its shape. Would recommend.

Because this is a simulated leather, it can hold its shape well.This is much better than latex alternatives. I do recommend that you get a Balaclava or something similar to make it more like an official plague doctor. For me it would not cover my whole face, but i did not expect it to, as I am a big dude, and I am using it with a balaclava which makes it look like a traditional plague doctor.I still can not believe the low price you can get this for, for something that is this good in quality.bands work well, easy to adjust. Overall it looks like the real deal.I will definitely be purchasing from this company again in the other style's

Very nice quality and looks amazing! But it just doesn’t sit right. The beak part of mine was crooked/bent slightly when arriving. I put something inside to try and keep it pushed out and make it look right. I left it for DAYS. Just for it to stay looking like that. The other one was right but still ruined our costumes due to mine being messed up. As well as it’s VERY HARD TO BREATHE IN! I had to take it off so many times just to see and breathe. The mask got all foggy in seconds! I’d say it’s useful for pictures and only that until it’s a little more breathable.
