Very strong cleaner
Excellent cleaner that will exterminate any stains. You can tell it's powerful right out of the box since it has a strong chemical smell; make sure to air out properly when using this bad boy. I've used this for worn shoes with snow marks and it has done the job. Very powerful stuff. Be careful when using it as it's strong.

Good product
Everything is like others say.But I got my bottle busted, it was leaking even though it was in bigger box which took some liquid. Can you send replacement? I got 2/3 of it. Product is not returnable b/c is hazardous.Andrew

Works great, but be careful.
Easily removes old waxes. Use light pressure and don't linger in one spot for very long. You may damage the dye. Harsh odor. USE OUTDOORS. Great for stripping shoes so you can restore the finish.

Works great! Really cleans the leather.
I used the cleaner on an old pair of black leather booties I was ready to toss in the trash, but decided to try the Saphir cleaner and shoe polish. I'm glad I did because these products really do a great job in restoring. I now use their Saphir products. I do wish it was larger then 100ml for the price, but I'm not in charge of Saphir marketing, so I just have to live with that.

Know what you're doing and be careful
Definitely the heavy hitter to be used sparingly, but it really helped me out when I needed to strip some leather. Definitely recommend it.

Works great, goes fast
Very effective at stripping the finish from my boots (even a heavy, multi-layered finish). It does not seem to cause any harm to the leather itself, and doesn't even cause it to noticeably dry out. You MUST use this in a well-ventilated area. The fumes are intense, so take steps to protect yourself and those around you. Take your time and work on one section at a time. Before you know it your fine leather shoes will be ready for a proper polish.

Initial panic.....
A pair of fairly expensive light gray shoes with some whiskey accidentally spilled on them leaving an annoying stain. Nothing worked, including a trip to a local shoe repair shop where the only solution offered was to strip and and redye the shoes....with no guarantee of the outcome. I'd used other Saphir products with great success and read about Renomat so ordered some as a last resort. Followed the simple directions and immediately panicked when the stain and the area treated turned into a big dark blob. Oh, did I mention these were my son's shoes? Fast forward 30 minutes; dark blob gone, stain gone. A coat of clear wax and good as new. Yes, product is a little pricey but it works. Moral of the story....don't drink and wear light colored shoes.
