The media could not be loaded. So, ladies… you all know those tv commercials for razors where a lady with beautiful and hairless legs puts on shaving cream and then shaves her hairless legs? Like, why are they even showing us that?! She literally shaved nothing. She had hairless legs! That’s not gonna make me wanna buy that razor! Show me a wildly hairy leg and shave THAT and make it smooth and I’ll be impressed!Well, today, I share with you my wildly hairy and actually accurate portrayal of how true leg shaving commercials should be.I have PCOS and hypothyroidism so I’m just incredibly hairy. It is so incredibly annoying and hard. I mean. Hair. Everywhere. Dark. Thick. Coarse. Grows in all sorts of weird directions on my legs too. My arms, legs, belly, and chin just sprout hair like a chia pet. It’s bad.But the problem is I just get so overwhelmed with it. Shaving with a regular razor and shaving cream ALWAYS ends with terrible razor burn for me. So then I get grumpy and neglect shaving my legs for a month and then I end up with what you see in the video. Waxing is just torture. Creams like Nair and Veet burn and smell and end up giving me a rash. It all makes me want to cry and being so hairy makes me feel like less of a woman.I don’t even really need to have a super close shave to where it’s incredibly smooth. I just want to not look and feel like Chewbacca. Ya know?And even if I use a good razor and good shaving cream, the razor gets clogged up with my hair and gets dull before I even finish the bottom section of one leg. And I know if I kept up with shaving at every shower then the clogging and dulling probably wouldn’t be an issue, but it still gives me wicked razor burn and I just can’t deal with it.I wasn’t expecting much from this because it was so inexpensive. But oh my gosh. I wish I would have recorded doing my lower leg. It removes the bulk of my hair after one swipe! Quickly, effortlessly, painlessly!!!!!!What would take me twenty minutes in the shower took me like two minutes with this razor, and without clogs or razor burn.Now, I will say that just going over it gently like that does not give a clean/smooth shave. Buuuut if I apply pressure with the foil part it gets super duper close to being a smooth shave.This is so amazing! It was worth every single penny!!!!!

I purchased this for my teen daughter. She shouted, "I love it! It works so well! She LOVES it!!! Shave quality is so good, easy to use and skin is so smooth. It is really compact and cordless. I am excited about this because my daughter is excited about this item and really happy! Do buy this! I just purchased it so I am not sure how long the battery would last, but we will see. It is worth the money!

So I've owned 6 of these (yes 6!) over the past 15-20 years. My husband liked mine and wanted his own for his bathroom so we had to start buy duplicates. Why do I keep buying the same model even though it breaks? #1 - It's a great razor. #2 - After several years I finally figured out if you don't store it in the shower, your razor will last years longer.Yes, its advertised as a wet/dry razor. But the electronic components will last so much longer if you keep them away from the wet and humid conditions of your shower/bath as much as possible. Use it in the shower if you want and then get it out of there so it can dry out.

I broke my ankle and can't do my normal shower routine. I was about to buy a dry razor for $50 when I found this one. I'm so glad that I decided to try it! Is it the smoothest shave ever? No. However, the hair is gone and that is all that I cared about. I'm definitely pleased! I am not sure if I will try the wet shave option or not.

My 10 yr old is developing quickly & experiencing some of the unpleasantries of pubery. She started to bug me about shaving her legs. I was not ready or comfortable with her using a razor just yet. After doing some reading I came across this electric razor. She LOVES it! It's easy to use & does a great job removing unwanted hair. I love that she can use it herself & I don't have to worry. I would def recommend to anyone looking for an easy shave.

I’ve been using a busted up Clio Palmperfect for about a decade and a half now and was in the market for another trimmer that I can use on the girl. I saw that the reviews for this Philips shaver were much higher than the Palmperfect, and decided to give it a shot.I can’t use it on my bikini line/intimate areas, it yanks and pulls on the hair and is very painful 😡! I appreciate that this device can easily be taken apart to clean (unlike the Palmperfect), but that’s about it. Please do not be like me— please WASH THE SHAVER BITS WITH DISH SOAP AND HOT WATER BEFORE 1ST USE! The blades upon arrival had a crap ton of machine oil still covering the blades which caused the razor to not glide over my skin smoothly, and had the nerve to even pull on my pit hair 😡! Once washed and ‘broken in,’ this razor is now what I use strictly for my armpits, as it suffices. I ordered another trusty Clio Palmperfect for downstairs, and it’s been smooth sailing since 🫡YMMV, of course. I dry shave and thus my hair is real real coarse, maybe Philips just wasn’t ready for my kind yet, who knows. I haven’t attempted after applying lotion because I fear it may mess the motor or something up? If you have finer hair this might be suitable for you.

I bought my wife this, she loves it. It’s a really nice electric shaver, get a close shave and left her skin smooth. She didn’t need any water or shaving cream. It came with its own batteries and little brush to remove the hair from the shaver.

I am impressed with this electric shaver it’s a great value. I have no irritation, my last one left me with so much irritation and discomfort. It doesn’t shut down from overheating and an able to shave both legs quickly. Is easy to travel with. Battery life is long. Easy to clean.
