Now Foods Dairy Digest Complete, 90 CT

Seriously, this is well past my 10th bottle, I just didn't actually count. Dairy Digest Complete WORKS. It works wonders, for cheesy pizza, cheese fries, cheesecake, cottage cheese.. its great... ONE THING, I tried to have a glass of milk, this did NOT work as well as it does for other types of dairy. I am lactose intolerant and have had NO other issues with taking this with dairy, I just won't try it with a glass of milk from now on and I imagine if I do, I'll take 2 capsules..ALSO, I do usually take 2 capsules if I'm eating a lot of pizza, just an f.y.i.

This is the only thing that works for me and my unfortunate lactose intolerance issue. These are the best hands down. Never have any side effects!

I find these more effective than other brands I've tried. Two pills usually does it for me. Easy to swallow small capsule.

This I actually purchased for a friend because they had worked so well for me. If you have a dairy allergy, check with your physician first, but these little capsules should work miracles for you. Stops the bloating and cramps.
