These were perfect for our hot tub / jacuzzi. The old ones had oxidized and weren't looking the best. These very quickly fixed the appearance. Very happy we bought them.

Bought these for a 2002 J-320 and it fits just fine. The description says it fits J-320 2004-2017, but the difference is not in the actual fit it is because the center piece of this item is made to have a light shine through it and the black base has a hole for the light to shine through. But the 2002 doesn't have a light so it doesn't matter. The size and shape of this two-part pillow works just fine without the light.

Really makes a difference in the hot tub appearance.

These are direct replacement for certain model Jacuzzi hot tubs, and work as they should.

We like the looks of product to redo our old Jacuzzi pillows. We did feel the price was extreme, especially as there is no discount when you buy 4 pillows.

Couldn't decide between this $29 pillow and the one for $36. I bought one of the more expensive ones about 6 months ago. Happy with that purchase. Then I needed the other 3. I chose the $29 pillow....mostly because I wanted to compare the 2 for the next time I need them. Look carefully at the pictures...they are not exactly the same. The $36 pillow is the one that came with the spa. It is flat against the tub. The other one is not flat, it has about a half inch on top, and about 2 inches on the bottom. It is an improvement! My neck has more support! They look great; they are Jacuzzi parts (the bag says Jacuzzi)...and I am happy with my decision to save the $7 each. My only regret...not having all 4 the same. Next time...in about 6 years!

I bought these a while ago but sorta forgot how much I paid; hence I can't comment on value for money. Obviously, you need them since the tub looks weird without them. They were simple to install and last a long time. The girlfriend lives in the hottub and she wanted to replace the pillows.
