Q: For both 2-tier and 3-tier the no of utencils are the same - a boiling pot, a steamer piece and a glass lid. why have you not included 2nd stem tier?

For three tier there two steamers and both work simultaneously . Its up to you, whether to use one steamer or two steamers as per your requirements

Q: Is it perfect to use on induction chula ?

Yes can be easily used on both gas and induction

Q: Can it be used for poha?

Yes, it can be used for it. Indeed it makes it pretty well by steaming.. Just check your steamer when you buy if any steam leaks from the sides or not. If it leaks then ask for a replacement. I hope it doesn't, then enjoy cooking.:)
