Q: Is this suitable for 2011 Aga doors?

I don't see why not if it fits, ultimately you have to see if it will be exposed to the flame or not but best to check with Aga.

Q: Woodburner door has 7mm groove for rope seal, bu the previous owner put much thicker seal on which now needs replacing. Any suggestions re diameter?

buy the same diameter as the groove, it may appear the previous owner bought a thinker seal, but they probably bought the correct diameter but as the seal flattens when door is closed it appears wider than the groove

Q: Can I use this on my electric oven as the door seal has worn and broke ??

Although the rope would work ,I think the dimensions are wrong, the rope is round ,and the oven door won't close because of the thickness, I think oven door seals are flat. Regards
