Denial Of Death Paperback – 8 May 1997

Shifted my whole psyche, my way thinking, bought at my worst time.

Not so much about death, rather about dysfunctions in life and reviewing the works of other great philosophers and psychologists of 19th & 20th century. It is an easy read, not necessarily easily digestable (or concievable). Its definitely not a self help book, instead it might just force you to rethink happiness, fear, arousal, hope, imagination, scizophrenia, homosexuality, perversions, etc.👍🏼 Its a classic.

Good quality original book received.

Quality and thickness of paper could have been far better, not suitable to carry while traveling page may tear off easily if not handled carefully.:-Content wise a very dense subject handled with layman in mind couldn't have been better or simpler. This book gives far bigger horizon to subjectivity and it's duality of it's existence. Not a typical "proverbial" existential manuscript in any way. Ties down the whole organic nature of which we as a species are an part of it, branched out radically to even contemplate our real place.One of my most re read books over the period of three years. This book is amazing in the sense that it talks about how complex and insurmountable problem is life itself, it’s experience and the fear of it but it ends with no possible solution coz this is reality. It only needs to be interpreted in a meaningful and heroic way. Makes me both tread and uncomfortable about life. No balms and repressive techniques. Good to face reality some time out of our stupor and automaton state.

This is not about the book content but quality of print.Paperback edition is too small to read, even with specs. Need magnifying glass.

I got to know about this book after Jordan Peterson recommended as possibly as the No-1 book among his collection. I can now know why.This book is a "dangerous" book in sense that it has the potential to change your life and thought patterns.Chapter 3 and 4 are the most important and life changing parts of this book.
