Can you swap out the hardware/handles?

Yes, you can swap with handles that are 3.75”. Use the screws that come with the cabinet handles.

Why is the price so much cheaper than other shoe cabinets? Is it of poor quality？

The quality is good, with slight shaking, but it won't shake as long as the screws are tightened more tightly. The shoe cabinet is wooden, and there is waterproof material on the surface. It looks very modern. There are no quality problems, worth your money

How can i get a replacement plastic connection part? One of our connectors fell out so middle shelf doestn open & prevents bottom one from opening too
