Q: can this silver pen be use on vinyl and be rub off with your finger?

I have used it on vinyl. Definitely mark it on a scrap before using to see if it will remove completely. I use a wet rag to rub it off. Use a light hand with marking. Sometimes it doesn’t want to budge. Trial and error. Good luck!

It is refillable - but beware - the tip of my pen cracked and cannot be tightened, making the refills unusable.

Amazon has refills in silver and white... just put it in the search box and they should come right up... I bought a bag full. So convenient

Q: Does this work well on cork fabric?

Whether or not it works well on cork (or anything else) isn't the question. My pen itself is the problem . . the very tip where you screw in a new refill cracked and will not stay tight to hold the pen together - therefore, you can be drawing a line and the pen falls apart. The problem, in my opinion, is that it's cheap plastic and subject to crack when you screw or unscrew the tip.
