Q: How much does the adapter flex, specifically how much does the holster and platform rotate when you are sitting?

Fine 90 degrees. You can sit in a patrol car easily.

Q: Is there any reason why you couldn't add additional items (like an OC case) to this by just sliding it on to the nylon strap?

You can, but consider space and weight of your "loaded" shroud. I'd rather hook it up to my belt, which by the way must be a stiff one made just for this like the ones Safariland offers like the "Riggers Belt" by The Wilderness.com

Q: How long is the leg strap? Being a former powerlifter my legs are quite big still therefore I have issues with more droplegs.

I swear I should get paid a commission for this stuff. I'm a bit of a gym rat myself. My leg measures at 30 inches and it's got about maybe another 3 to go. At 30 inches it fits and feels fine.
