They are in two half's and you bind them together with threading and a grub screw.

Q: Do you sell the top extension pole by itself? i just bought the m002 through my work, and i'm now realizing i should have purchased the m002xl....

I just got the M002 setup as well and while I like it a lot I’m running into the same issue, and should’ve got this XL variant. I can’t find any extension poles for the M002.
