Q: Does this set come with a list identifying each dinosaur? My son received them as a gift but not in the original packaging.

No it didn't include a list of names in the original packaging, but my daughter ( now an adult) remembered most of their names from her childhood!

Q: Could it be used as an outdoor lawn decoration?

My grandson plays with it outside and it’s gotten wet and it’s ok. Not sure how long it would last over a long period. It’s not as large as I expected. He was thrilled with it. It’s flexible, soft plastic.
