It's a good and easy protein powder, but I found this too sweet for my liking, since I had others that at lightly sweetened. It didn't help me lose weight as the artificial sweetner in it didn't help me. Others who don't have sugar issues , this product may benefit them greatly. Loved it for the ease of use and how full it kept me easily upto 4 hours but you have to drink it within a few minutes after mixing, otherwise it gets thick.

I don’t expect products like this to taste like something I’d want to drink, so I got this flavour as a neutral base to add things.I just made this up with 3 ice cubes, 300ml almond milk and a teaspoon of matcha powder and it was delicious, genuinely.I can’t vouch for how well it shakes as I used a blender.I plan to try it with cinnamon, cocoa, coffee and also peanut butter powder. It’s pretty sweet so anything you add needs to be sugarless - but I’m pleased with this and hope it’ll keep me full enough to work out as a meal replacement. The nutrition in it is pretty decent too - it’s great to see it has a decent vitamin c content which is a supplement I need to take - looks like I can stop on the days I drink this, so I’m pleased so far.

Tried many protein shakes in the past and ended up throwing them away as they tasted too artificial. Was happy to find that this one is very different, the chocolate silk flavour is nice, it says two scoops but one scoop per serving is more than enough as it’s too sweet otherwise. I use unsweetened almond or oak milk add a teaspoon of almond butter, tsp of cacao and sometimes half an avocado to thicken it up and blend with ice, keeps me going through lunchtime.

So read some reviews about this being grainy etc. Ive not found this at all. I make this with 350ml skimmed milk, 2 scoops of powder and some ice and whiz it in the Nutri Bullet. Really tasty and filling. Would deffo recommend.

Overall taste was nice. But please mix it with lots of ice cubes as it helps get rid of the grainy texture in your mouth. I used this twice a day for a total of 4 days and found it totally blocked me up and had a lot of constipation. And two days after stopped taking it still no improvement going to get laxatives to help!

It's OK not sure about the after taste of oats but I'll stick with it I might get to like it. It as a nice chocolate taste & it's quite thick. I image it'll take a few days to stop the hunger pains, after all it's a drink not a meal as such. The package says its a 14day meal replacement but looks more than 14 days worth. Compared to other leading brands it's well worth the money. I'll update in a few days hoping I'll have a better insight to how it's working.

The millionaire shortbread flavour is great has a very nice caramel and slightly salty taste. The texture is gritty but the shake is also quite filling I can usually go 3-4 hours before I start to feel hungry again.
