Balancer calibration
To calibrate the balancer you must level it and bolt it down. Nothing says to do this first. Other then that the machines work great.

One of the best investments I have made in my shop
The tire machine works great once you get the pedals memorized. The balancer works fairly decent however it's calibration setup is far more detailed then the instruction book is.

Poor customer support
The air valve went out after less than 6 months on the the machine I purchase the Amazon insurance and Amazon said this is out of range of date. I do not kbow how to use the insurance. Tried to call the tx and California number on side of machine and goes straight to voicemail.

The balancer is junk.
The media could not be loaded. The tire changer works at a basic level. The balancer came with half the buttons not working.
