Just like OEM
The item arrived packaged very well. It looks exactly like what is pictured, including the red box. I read one review that said it didn't look like it or it was a different brand so I wanted to mention it was the same brand as described and picutred. Worked perfectly for my Samsung monitor.

Works but not for long
Product works with our Samsung monitors and is easy to use. However, both power packs lasted less than a year and quit working without warning. I am trying a new brand model and hope for better longevity.

Broke in 8 months...
The brand of cable I received was "Yustda" not "EPtech" as the product pictures lead you to believe. The adapter has been making a strange noise when the monitor powers on for the past 2 months or so.The adapter has now completely failed after only 8 months of use.Now I am stuck without my main monitor for 3 days until a different adapter arrives. Try a different one.

This is my 3rd power adaptor for this monitor. The first one lasted 1 year, the second one broke after 6 months, the third one broke after 3 months.

Went out after a few months
Bought two of these, both stopped working after about 6 months of use... both were connected to a UPS not straight to a wall so not shorted or anything. The one started pulsing on and off so I swapped it for the other and started using it which eventually just died entirely.
