Q: Does this work with yu-gi-oh! cards or is there a better top loader for yu-gi-oh! cards?

Yes you can use these for Yu-Gi-Oh cards we do. Use penny sleeves the put into top loader if mailing them for extra protection

Q: Will the sleeves fit nba basketball (Panini) sized cards? Lots of sleeves of standard size aren't able to do so.

Hello, I used the sleeves in Mosaic, NBA Hoops, Prizm, Pokemon, Baseball Cards and Football. If the card is a relic or a little bit thicker than usual you will need thicker sleevs and toploaders.
