Disappointed with Purchase – Not as Described
I ordered two laptops expecting Intel® Quad-Core™ i7-8665U processors (up to 4.80 GHz) as listed, but both came with a lower version – Intel Core i7 1.90 GHz. This is misleading.On top of that, both laptops had noticeable scratches, which made them look used rather than new. Performance was also below expectations. They do not run smoothly, and the overall experience was disappointing.I do not recommend this product based on my experience.
