The product took a long time to arrive, much longer than the estimated time.The first time I used it, I already had blisters on my skin. I decided to give it more chances, but all I got were more blisters and ingrown hairs. Maybe it doesn't work well with thick facial hair. Also, I had to use it multiple times in the same area for it to get rid of uncut hairs. I regret buying it.

電源を入れても動かない。梱包も、商品のサイズに合わない大きな箱に緩衝材もロク入れられていない状況。
