If you use this right it can really help your hair.Steps to use it as a leave-in1. Boil 6-8oz of water2. Put all the hot water in a glass jar you can store it in3. Pour 1 whole tube in the hot water4. Let stand cool down5. Shake it6. Store in fridge for 3-5 months-And apply it 1x a week after you shampoo and condition your hair.-use a dime size amount on the ends of your hair
