My last one would noticeably reduce zits after one use, but I fail to see any positive changes with this one even over time. I also think the fit of the eyes are a bit awkward, as well as the straps. It tends to slide down while using, unless you have the straps uncomfortably tight. I wouldn't purchase this again.
