I purchased this product last year and the glasstop was blasted 45 days ago.Blowhot customer support number was not working. After multiple unsuccessful attempts I raised a complaint over email and they assigned the request to a technician in their system however the surprising part is the assigned technician was longer associated with Blowhot and the contact number in their database is obsolete. After multiple followups and escalations I got their area service manager number Mr. Vicky. I explained the issue, shared the images of the product, invoice and requested him to arrange a technician visist. The request was assigned to a new technician, Mr. Srinivas. After checking the details he confirmed that glasstop needs to be replaced and he placed an order to get it. From past 45 days I have been following up with Blowhot team to get this issue sorted but still the issue is not resolved. They stopped picking up my calls.Please do not purchase substandard products from Blowhot online. Instead buy them from local stores who takes care all these issues.Pathetic service!!
