Great little thermal tea pot. So cute and keeps tea hot for a long time.

First, let me say that it is very cute and keeps hot drinks hot and cold drinks cold for a long time. That said, it's got a few significant flaws: the way the interior is designed makes it difficult to empty; when cleaning, it's hard to reach all of the surfaces that come in contact with the beverage; and once washed, it doesn't fully dry inside.Handwashing is recommended, so the first time I washed it, I submerged it in the dishwater with everything else I was washing. Once rinsed, I placed it upside-down on a drying mat and left it overnight. The next day, it appeared dry, but when I turned it right-side up, quite a bit of water ran down from the inside neck of the teapot, and I could hear that some water was trapped between the interior and exterior walls. I wiped it out with a dishtowel, turned it upside-down again, and shook it vigorously for about 30 seconds until no water came out. It took another day to dry completely.The lid is hard to clean too, because the part that creates the vacuum seal is not removable, so you have to press the button to get to the area where the liquid is dispensed, and there's only about 1/4" of space to get a dishcloth or sponge in to wipe the surface.I still use the teapot (it's so darn cute!), but I add a few drops of bleach when washing it to help prevent any mold or mildew, and I wait a couple of days between uses so I know it's completely dry.
