The watch looks great but what impressed me most was the quick response and support when I faced an issue. Reliable customer service makes a big difference!

Battery lasts a long time, the watch face has got good color and you can read it in the sun. But other than that some of the things that don't work that I feel could be improved on is the blood pressure sensor, and the step counter. It also shouldn't have to be running in the background on the phone because I don't use the app that much so I had to pretty much take it off and reinstall the app and not give it those rights. I think it's a little overdoing all the permissions when I don't want some of the features and that would be a nice thing to add is having a menu saying which features you like to be active and the rest would be taken off the watch face, making the interaction to be a little bit faster and more accurate plunging your fist into it watch because he can't get it to respond to your fingertip because you have dry skin. That's another thing.

Great product does everything stated.

Don't get it wet washing your hands. Will no longer charge. 2 year warranty is a joke. Customer service doesn't respond.

1) The phone app will not stay connected to the watch. I constantly have to re-tap on the app (even tho it remains open in my tray, & 'not optimized' in settings) to reconnect & be able to control music etc. while making 'find my phone' useless I imagine2) I cannot receive regular text messages from my phone on the watch even tho I can receive messages from apps. Everything is turned on & I've tried everything they recommended, but I looked at the list of notifications you can turn on, SMS is not there so I don't know what to do.Other than those 2 major bugs the watch works well, all health trackers work as expected and I received a call while driving so I answered on the watch & both of us could hear the other fine

The watch itself is pretty decent quality especially for the price, looks great feels nice all in all good... Unfortunately it is supposed to be a smart watch. The accompanying app is practically malware, draining 50% of my phone battery in 2 hours without even turning on the screen, causing a noticable slowdown in performance of every single app on my phone, I am unable to get SMS notifications to show up on the watch. My personal recommendation is to not get this watch especially if you have an android phone like me (at least as long as it is locked to only work with one app)
