I had been seeing so many ads of this product on instagram and figured I would give this a try with no expectations and not getting my hopes up high. I have struggled with hair breakage and shredding since I gave birth to my son in 2012. Yes, it has been almost thirteen years of wondering why I haven’t gone completely bald yet! I pretty much never ever write reviews, but feel compelled to share what I’ve experienced with this product. This stuff WORKS!! My hair was falling out so quickly that I dreaded washing it because of the huge clump of hair left in my shower drain. I was even nervous about cooking because despite my best efforts, hair would end up in our food. I’ve tried everything. Hair serums, shampoos, etc. I would try every product that would pop up on my computer. But, nothing seemed to work to stop the shedding. So, one day an ad for pumpkin seed oil showed up. It was getting rave reviews so I thought I’ve tried everything else, may as well try this, too. I’m half way through my first bag and there is next to NO HAIR in my drain. The shedding has virtually stopped. It’s important to note that they didn’t work immediately. But somewhere around the three-week mark is when I started seeing significantly less hair. Now, next to none at all. As far as I’m concerned, this stuff is a miracle supplement.

I bought this product because I saw a bunch of videos online about how this helped people with hairloss/thinning.After over a month of taking this, I see baby hairs growing, but I still shed a lot of hair. Not gonna lie, I sometimes miss on taking this, but I still see baby hairs growing. Maybe I should put on some growth oil or minoxidil on my hair in addition to this. This helps with growing new hairs, but it doesn’t stop my hair from falling.Will I repurchase it? Maybe. I’ll try on other brands that is cheaper than this.

This stuff is amazing. I've had prostate issues for about 6 or 7 years and this got me peeing like a fire hose as long as I take it twice a day. It also kicks hormones into overdrive and I wake up pitching a tent. I take about 10 of them daily and I make sure I never run out.

I’m honestly scared to stop taking these. My hair is not falling out as much as it used to. I see my baby hairs growing more. I definitely see a difference. I’m not seeing like a major difference like these people on TikTok say but I do see a difference. I only take one pill compared to the directions of taking three. Based off a study I read online you only need about 400 mg to see a difference. And one pill is like 1000 mg anyways I definitely think you should give this a shot if you’re thinking about it. It doesn’t make me nauseous. It does not make my stomach upset. I have not seen any flareups as far as acne either.

OMG, these vitamins are awesome. My hair has gotten stronger, less shedding and longer. I have no side effects and problems taking them. I would definitely recommend this product.
