Just got it, just took it for the first time. The look is a little off-putting (really thick black goo) and it's kinda difficult to get the protective paper off the top. However, I didn't get much taste from it when I mixed it in my water. I already feel kinda heightened by it. Which is good bc ADHD makes me really unfocused a majority of the time. Also looking forward to increased bone density it will help with. I lost some bone density in a battle with my parathyroid last year so I'll try anything to replace that. So far so good!
