Sleeping on your side is okay, but you will need a fluffy pillow.

Earing and sound block not good quality and hard fit on face with pressure points on face!

These are okay but are not as comfortable as other sleep masks I have tried. For the money, I'd rather try a lower profile mask and a lightweight sound machine. These aren't soundproof, but the ear part works well enough if you aren't a side sleeper.
